Nail and Root Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 business days to let you know your order is in process!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
- Shipping timeframes are dependent upon which method of shipping is selected at checkout, and are generally within 7-10 business days or less.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All delivery timeframes start from the day after you place the order, unless specified otherwise. We also run promotions from time-to-time with free shipping for orders above a certain threshold. Watch the site banner and/or information during checkout for details.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept refund requests up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Upon review and approval, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Contact support@nailandroot.com to begin the refund approval process.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@nailandroot.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution, whether it is a refund or replacement.
Cancellations or changes to your order must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact support@nailandroot.com for assistance in changes or cancellations.
